Services

MassX Contracting provides excavation, land clearing, grading, site preparation, and related heavy-equipment services. All services are subject to availability, site conditions, weather, permitting, and safety considerations.

Project scopes, pricing, and timelines are outlined in written estimates or agreements and may change if site conditions differ from what was originally disclosed.

Estimates & Pricing

• All estimates are based on information available at the time of quoting

• Hidden obstacles (rock, buried debris, utilities, unstable soil, weather delays, etc.) may result in additional charges

• Prices may change if project scope is altered or expanded

• Estimates are not guarantees unless stated in writing

Scheduling & Delays

Project schedules are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather, equipment issues, permitting, site access, or factors outside our control. MassX Contracting is not responsible for delays caused by these conditions.

Payments

• Payment terms are outlined in your estimate or invoice

• Deposits may be required before work begins

• Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

• Late payments may be subject to fees or service suspension

Site Access & Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing clear access to the work site

• Identifying known underground utilities, septic systems, tanks, or hazards

• Securing permits or approvals unless otherwise agreed

MassX Contracting is not responsible for damages caused by undisclosed or improperly marked utilities or site conditions.

Property & Damage

Heavy equipment work inherently disturbs soil, vegetation, and surrounding areas. While we operate carefully, some disturbance is unavoidable.

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing property damage

• Damage to unmarked utilities

• Landscaping outside the agreed work area

Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MassX Contracting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees beyond those expressly stated in writing.
